The purpose of this role, Resource Scheduler is to ensure the efficient and effective management of Consultant schedules, ensuring client projects are aligned with the most appropriately skilled consultant, in the most cost-effective manner, delivering a top-quality service to our clients.

This role requires great information gathering and organisation skills whilst have a client centric approach and engaging communication style.

Reporting to the BSI Digital Trust Operations Manager, the Resource Scheduler will be a part of a direct team of Operations specialists whilst also working closely with and being a part of the extended Global BSI Digital Trust Operations team. While this is primarily an office-based role (inclusive of for training, team exercises, and meetings), there is also flexibility to work from home periodically.

Resource Scheduler Responsibilities:

- Tracking and planning client engagement schedules
- Maintaining the project schedule that details which consultants(s) are assigned to which projects
- Working with our clients to ensure that the necessary information is provided in preparation for upcoming assessments.
- Updating the CRM with all relevant information in relation to the project from end to end
- Scheduling assignments and providing required information to consultants.
- Ensuring that assessment reports go through a thorough QA process
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients
- Organising and arranging kick of calls and other required conference calls
- Drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) for new assessment projects as required
- Sales co-ordination and support across the group
- Project co-ordination from inception through completion
- Liaising and providing a point of contact between BSI and their clients
- Provision of and ensuring excellent client engagement
- Supporting production of sales data and reports
- Ensuing our services are delivered in a Client centric manner
- Proactive, with the ability to take ownership and a “can do” approach
- Working closely with Finance for invoicing
- Run CRM reports and gather data as required
