Security Welfare Officer

The Kapar Group Ltd is looking to recruit professional security welfare operatives for work in the Redruth area. We are a living wage employer who are dedicated to providing an outstanding service and supporting our teams to achieve their professional goals while maintaining a work-life balance.

We are currently recruiting security welfare officers with experience in the care sector to support a local care home provider.

All operatives should have experience in the care sector and demonstrate a positive can-do attitude with good interpersonal skills and display a good understanding of working with a range of vulnerable clients.

A good level of written English is required for this role, and the ability to use technology such as a smartphone.

We are looking for someone who is passionate in directly helping people who are considered to be a vulnerable client group. Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of people is paramount and an essential part of the service delivery.

**Job Types**: Full time/ Part time

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour - Self employed

Schedule:

- 12-hour shifts
- Days and night shifts available including weekends

**Experience**:

- security: 1 year (preferred)
- Care experience (required)
- Restraint Training

Licence/Certification:

- SIA or restraint training in a care setting (preferred) or to be willing to undertake training
