**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Liaise with our service users families.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Coordinate the recruitment process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee a performance appraisal system.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Assist company director with other admin responsibilities.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience in HR.
- People oriented.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to build strategies along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Knowledge of labour law and HRbest practice.
- Good organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work on your own initiative and to prioritize your work.
- Confident use of IT.

**Job Type**: Part-time
