Nursery Third in Charge

**Are you a nursery room co-ordinator who is looking to take that first step into a nursery management role?**
Here at **Little Manor**, we're looking for an experienced Room Co-ordinator to join us and help support our Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of our setting.

Whilst on a day-to-day basis you'll still be involved in the running of a nursery room, inspiring a team and developing stimulating nursery environments in which children can play, develop and learn you'll also start taking responsibility for other areas within the nursery.

Whether it's having responsibility for holding a meeting with a parent, helping with a training session or locking up the nursery at the end of the day, we'll be there to support you every step of the way, making sure you're confident in what you do and steadily developing the skills and experience you need to make the jump in to a full-time management role.

**Requirements**:
If you're educated to Level 3 or above in Early Years, you can engage and support a team to deliver outstanding practice at all times and be that warm smiley face that makes every child feel special and loved, we want to hear from you
