Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction. **Duties**:

- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus to customers and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a professional and courteous manner make drinks and some desserts.
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean dining area after customers have finished their meals
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of culinary terms, food safety practices, and proper food preparation techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
