**Description**

**Salary**: Up to £40,000 per annum dependent upon experience and company car

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8am -5pm, with flexibility required

**Location**: To cover Sheffield but willing to travel to other locations

**What will you be doing?**

We are looking for an experienced legionella/water compliance trainer to deliver legionella/water compliance training within our expanding training business. You will work closely with the Hydro-X Training Manager to develop and deliver high-quality training programs

- Contributing towards the design and delivery of the product portfolio for your curriculum area to ensure it is:

- Effective and meets the needs of our customers, Awarding Organisations, and the industries we serve
- Of the highest quality and meets internal standards
- Market leading
- Providing support as a technical lead within your product area to sales team.
- Presenting in-person and online training sessions.
- Meeting /exceeding the standards for internal quality assurance and training delivery.
- Specialising in a particular industry, keeps current on the activities, and needs of that industry by attending regular meetings, conferences, and seminars.
- Maintaining an understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods.

**Requirements**:
**What do I need?**
- Previous legionella/water compliance experience
- Have training experience or willing to learn to become a trainer
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively deliver training to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Full UK Driving License to travel to client sites as required.
