Fragrance Specialist

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized Brand area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Follow company policies and procedures

Be passionate about fragrance and all it has to offer

**Experience**:

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked front desk area
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Luton.: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- beauty sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
