Retrofit Assessor

**Who are we?**

The Warmer Group is a well established cavity wall and loft insulation company who has been trading for over 35 years. We work with Homeowners, Housing Associations, Private Landlords, Local Authorities and Commercial Businesses to ensure that every property is energy efficient and to help occupiers save money on their energy bills. Our office is based in Ferndown, Dorset.

We are looking for an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join our team. With the new Great British Insulation Scheme, we would like to expand our workforce.

**Summary of the job role**:

- To attend ready made appointments to undertake surveys, present yourself and represent the company in a professional manner at a mutually agreed time with the customer
- To undertake home surveys in accordance with the company’s technical requirements
- To convert suitable sales leads into firm orders
- Accurately complete survey forms/paperwork and return completed forms to the company’s office as required

**What is required?**
- You must be a trained Retrofit and Domestic Energy Assessor. Experience is preferable
- Full UK Driving License
- Must be able to travel to our Ferndown, Dorset office daily
- Ability to undertake Insulation technical surveys on domestic properties
- Good communication skills
- Assertive
- Able to work independently
- Customer and client focused
- Undertake workplace risk assessments

Salary - £24,000 per annum plus commission - On target earnings £65,000 per annum.

Company vehicle provided with company fuel card.
