**Responsibilities**:
- Mix drinks for customers using recipes and personal judgement and taste.
- Serve food to customers at the bar.
- Serve alcoholic beverages to customers at the bar.
- Get a bartender's licence.
- Improvise when there are missing ingredients.
- Distinguish wine by taste.
**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
