**Role**: Bar Supervisor
**Location**:Seaham Hall, County Durham
**Salary**:£24,500 per annum to be discussed at interview, experience dependant plus a share of Service charge approx. £2k a year
**Hours**:40+ hours (Full-Time), including weekends & bank holidays.
**Relationships**:General Manager, Kitchen team, Food & Beverage team

We are seeking to appoint a Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant team in providing quality dining experiences for our guests using 'The Dining Room' Restaurant.

- Will have an excellent knowledge of cocktails, mixology & spirits
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
- Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems and Micros EPOS system
- Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
- Be a team player as well as an individual worker
- To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing and serving beverages
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar
- Engaging with customers, creating a warm and welcoming environment with a true sense of Northern Hospitality
- Monitoring and managing stock levels
- Collaboration with staff members
- Being a 'multi-skilled' individual who has previous hospitality experience (bar/restaurant) - minimum x2 years
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
- Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
- Be a team player as well as an individual worker
- To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
- Must have transport
