The Role
- Quality Inspection of CNC machined automotive components - using hand-held devices.
- **Quality Inspection**: Conduct thorough inspections of precision engineered components and assemblies to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and report any quality issues, defects, or deviations from standards, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- **Process Improvement**: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing valuable insights and suggestions to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- **Training**: Assist in training team members on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to foster a culture of quality excellence.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

You will have 4+ years of exposure in a quality inspection role preferably within the precision engineering industry (although other industries will be considered).

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Quality Inspector in the precision engineering industries using hand-held measuring tools i.e., micrometres, verniers and gauges is essential.
- Strong knowledge of quality control techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards (e.g., ISO) is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
