**Job Overview**:
The IAC Planner is responsible for pulling together the Sellafield Ltd IAC construction schedule. This is in line with Sellafield Ltd processes and procedures. Stakeholders to include all directorates. This will ensure that the optimum provision of services both from Sellafield Limited (SL) and OneAIM have the capability to deliver the scope. This includes working with the teams to develop a future overview requirement which can then be fed into resource requirements. Planner reports to and takes direction from the IAC Framework Manager.

**Main Duties**
- Develop, lead, and maintain the Construction Schedule
- Ensure schedule is up to date in line with the most up to date Demand Workbook, Blue Collar Dates, Enabling Works, any critical activities to help get boots to ground.
- Ensure all necessary activities are built into the schedule which are key to start the work, (Access, procurement, physical work) and logic is applied.
- Take a proactive approach to have regular comms with the construction team and other stakeholders where necessary.
- Resource Load the schedule where possible.
- Ensure the SRR Information is included into the schedule and there is a tick box against those activities that require scaffold.
- Ensure there are no gaps in the schedule
- Ensure Slippage is captured and reasons why the work has moved. Comparison snapshot of last period v this period for start dates.
- Ensure potential work clashes are highlighted.
- Ensure top ten priorities are highlighted (which will be provided by the IAC Framework Manager from the SPA).
- Validate the start dates by comparing to the Sellafield P6 Baselines
- Check the enabling activities within the Sellafield Schedules as an assurance to ensure we can demonstrate confidence with the Blue Collar Start Date
- Schedule Maintenance including progression of activities.
- Distribute the Schedule by CM to each CM in line with the same timescales as when Demand is finalised and issued out
- Distribute the Overarching Schedule to Dave Watson - 1 PDF for SMPro Only, 1 PDF for all work, 1 PDF for 3 months look ahead, 1 PDF for 6 months look ahead.
- Distribute the Schedule to Kaefer (applied filter for the work that requires scaffold) so they can ensure they have on their list and the access arrangements are included in their resource plans.
- Hold regular meetings with construction team.
- Any outputs for the schedule to be saved into the IAC Shared Drive under Schedule Outputs folder
- Outputs to be saved off weekly for the overarching schedule in line with the same approach as the demand worksheet.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in a Project Planning role
- Experience with Primavera P6 planning software
- Excel skills
- Experience with financial or cost management software
- Attention to detail and good numerical skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to Prioritise own work to ensure that functional project requirements on scope, time and cost are met.
- Work with the client's values to ensure that work complies with all necessary corporate, departmental and legislative requirements and procedures, to guarantee that the necessary consistency and quality of delivery is maintained.
- Proactively identify and communicate suggested improvements to other members of the team.

- Capable of managing and prioritising own work.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A QCF qualification in Planning/ Project Controls an advantage, but not essential
- Experience of working with and delivering programmes under NEC Governance.
