**Job Description**:
Supporting the management and implementation of digital and traditional marketing communications activities and campaigns through excellent command of the English language and the ability to take complex technical copy and converting into language our customers understand.

Main tasks include but are bnot limited to:

- ** Printed and digital communication materials**:Project leader for creation and production of regular dealer and user publications, directing colleagues to provide content according to required standards and deadlines whilst managing all resources (people, money, time, external agencies) to deliver high quality output on time and on budget.
- ** Communications budget**: Be an expert in the procurement process when raising purchase orders to suppliers for marketing activities, offer guidance to colleagues and peers to ensure high standards of accuracy, liaising with central purchasing teams and precisely tracking all costs against projects.
- ** Bosch brand quality in online retailers**: Evaluate and audit key online retailers’ channels to ensure Bosch campaign and communication assets are represented according to our needs and against defined criteria, document findings and make recommendations.
- ** Events**:Organisation and execution of user forums for specified target groups (market research events), support in analysis of data, compiling research report for circulation to UK and central teams.** **Support in development and organisation of internal and customer conferences and events.

**Qualifications**:

- Studying for degree with Marketing bias
- Strong interest in gaining broad marketing communications experience
- Confident and self-motivated
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload with high attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative
- Creative with strong attention to detail
- Competent Excel spreadsheet user

Additional Information

This is a 12 month internship beginning in June 2023 (XC) and August 2023 (EBU4). This position is open to undergraduates or Masters students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their degree course.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement.

Before attending an interview for this position you must inform your Faculty/School Placement Officer and we strongly suggest you check you are eligible for a placement before you apply. If your Faculty/School does not have a Placement Officer, you must inform your course tutor.
