We are currently looking for an Independent Financial Adviser to join our clients, one of the largest independent solicitors, estate agents and financial advisers based in the south lake district with over 100 team members. The role is based in Barrow-in-Furness.

**Working hours**:
As an Independent Financial Adviser, you’ll be required to work Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5.30 pm and Friday 9 am

**The successful Independent Financial Adviser will be offered**:

- Salary £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus bonus
- £60,000- £80,000 OTE
- Hybrid working
- Car allowance
- Pension
- Attractive bonus scheme
- Administration support
- 25 Days holiday plus LOS days

**To be considered for the Independent Financial Adviser role you must have**:

- Diploma level 4 in Financial Planning

- Well-spoken and confident in dealing with a wide range of individuals including clients and other professionals
- Excellent technical/product knowledge
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Full UK Driving Licence

**As an Independent Financial Adviser, your role will involve**:

- Looking after and growing a portfolio of clients.
- Seek and develop new external business opportunities.
- Maintain excellent client relationships
