- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Donor Relationship Fundraiser. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with donors and supporters, ensuring their continued engagement and support.**Donor Relationship Fundraiser**

**£29,834** **per annum** available at 28-35 hours per week (pro-rata if part-time) + pension contribution of 9%. Fixed term for 2 years.

Working with the Head of Fundraising and the Fundraising team, the purpose of this role is to plan, develop and deliver the Trust’s legacy and ‘in memory’ fundraising strategies within the fundraising team. The Trust requires a sustainable legacy pipeline to ensure that legacy income increases and continues to significantly contribute to realising our conservation goals.

You will help to plan, develop and deliver a major donor programme within the team. This is a new role within the team and an opportunity to grow this area of income for the Trust.

You will build, manage and nurture relationships with supporters and raise funds from larger donors and potential legators to ensure their financial support for nature conservation is acknowledged and their wishes are fulfilled.

Previous experience in a similar fundraising role would be desirable, along with experience in delivering a high-quality of customer service and deepening donor relationships. Good numeracy skills, ability to write persuasively and excellent communication, interpersonal and diplomacy skills would also be essential.
