A great opportunity to work with our Commercial Director developing ongoing relationships and researching business opportunities for our growing visual communications agency.

You will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels verbally, in writing and face to face.

The role will involve making telephone call and sending relevant information to the organisations you have identified as being potential clients for the business.

Whilst prior B2B sales experience would be useful, this position could be ideal for an individual who is looking to start a career in business development but does not have prior experience.

The important thing we are looking for is someone who has a great personality and is comfortable communicating with potential clients over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research on potential clients and markets to identify new business opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and engage in business discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Keep accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market research.

**Requirements**:

- A positive, outgoing personality.
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfortable making cold calls.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
