**Estates Programme Manager, Tottenham, FTC, £56,164** - £65,262 p/hr (Monday - Friday)**

**Client**:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Estates Programme Manager to join a large Public Sector organisation in Tottenham for a initial 12 months Fixed Term assignment (with extension opportunities). The assignment can start immediately.

The post-holder will have a working knowledge of Estates & Facilities and will demonstrate a methodical and structured approach along with extensive project management skills and the ability to manage all aspects of the full project lifecycle.

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Managing the contract change control process involving liaison with the contractor, the business and relevant stakeholders
- Work to statutory obligations, Building Regulations, Health & Safety Guidance, Construction Design and Management Regulations, and other policy and procedural documents as issued by the Department of Health and the Trust
- Will be responsible for devising, co-ordinating and managing programmes of work in a timely and effective manner
- Develop, maintain and Implement programme and project management policies and procedures across the Trust
- Provide timely programme progress updates on status of projects as required by the assurance system
- Lead the implementation of critical service improvement and transformation projects, ensuring that key milestones are achieved, and the required outcomes are met

**Individual**:

- Experience within an Estates, Projects, Capital related leadership role - ideally with exposure to working within public sector environments or healthcare estates
- Possess a strategic outlook on programmes considering boosting efficiency, longevity and best practice.
