The Role

The Property Service Operative must provide robust and flexible support and undertake a number of duties such as cleaning, routine maintenance tasks, lift and shift, post, escorting and other general duties in support of the Group Property operations on a site.

**Day-to-day, you will**:
Carry out cleaning of all internal areas on site, including offices, toilets, labs and kitchens.

Deliver general service tasks as identified such as hanging notice boards, weekly shower flushes and recording for audit purposes.

Ensure maintenance standards and quality of work delivered are to the required level.

Receipt, sort, record (as appropriate) & deliver post & parcels on site.

Assist in resolving customer issues with outstanding tasks or deliveries.

**Essential experience of the Property Service Operative**:
You must have previous experience in a similar role.

The Property Services Operative must also have a full driving license.

**Qualifications for the Property Service Operative**:
