Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a HRM Advisor to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months.
Location: Oxford
Assignment type: Temporary, ongoing basis where you will be engaged via Hays
Working environment: Flexible option to work one day a week from home
Hours per week: 37 hours
Pay type: Competitive hourly pay rate
Your new role
- As a specialist HRM advisor you will give advice to managers and workers and have a hand in people development, i.e., portfolio, portfolio light and team bonus. You will be involved in performance and capability management, absence management, disciplinaryand grievance procedures. You will use your experience to aid in policies, re-organisations and redeployments. As well as operational change management activities and succession planning. You will deal with remuneration planning and local employee relations(Trade Unions/Employee Consultation Forums).
What you will need to succeed
- Previous office experience
- Some knowledge of learning development and succession planning - desirable
- CIPD qualified - Level 3 - 5
- Good communication skills
- SAP knowledge - useful
- Considerable business-related experience required
- MS Office experience (Excel, Word etc)
