If so, we are seeking a full-time Practice Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive reception team to work across our three family-friendly GP Practices in Calne and Sutton Benger.

If you enjoy being busy, you love working with people and have some experience in a customer facing role then this may very well be the opportunity for you

This role goes beyond greeting and booking-in our patients as you will also manage several administrative tasks and handle high volume patient enquiries, both in person and electronically, while being a part of our fabulous and highly skilled team of business professionals and Clinicians. Therefore, the ideal person will be computer literate to a high standard with the ability to multi-task effectively. Previous experience of working in a health care setting is desirable but please don’t let this deter you because full training will be provided

Since our GP Practices are spread out over three sites, it is essential that you’re able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

This role is 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and so flexibility is important. This role attracts a salary of £10.42 per hour.
