Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer for our client based in Halstead on a permanent basis.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Application of paint to specifications.
- Preparation and priming of items prior to painting.
- Selecting and mixing required paints.
- Maintaining spraying equipment.
- Inspecting and assessing spray coatings.
- General workshop duties.
- Ensuring that quality control standards are maintained.
- Maintaining a production schedule.
- Adhering to assembly safety standards.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Previous paint spraying experience is essential.
- Strong practical skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to learn new skills.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with a 06:00am start.

In return our client offers a negotiable salary depending on experience and skill set.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
