Waiter - Daytime

We are a Real Living Wage employer. 10% discretionary service charge is added to all bills. This is shared 100% to all staff in addition to salary against worked hours.

Our Caffe Bar is situated at the back of our delicatessen. Open for breakfast, lunch and supper Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm. Primarily day time shifts, with occasional evening events. Open in the evenings also for the three weeks of the Edinburgh Festival in August.

Position requirements:

- minimum 12 months previous waiting experience
- professional ethic and care for customer service
- thriving in a busy, fast paced environment
- Italian food and wine knowledge beneficial
- opportunities for progression
