Northwich, United Kingdom Farmhouse Retirement Livery Full time

We are a retirement livery based on a 200 acre farm in Cheshire (CW9 6NX). Currently, we care for over 50 retired horses.

We are looking for someone to manage the yard on the weekends on a self-employed basis. The shifts will be as follows:
**Saturdays & Sundays**
8.30am - 1.30pm
- Leading in and out of fields / barns
- Picking out feet
- Grooming
- Administering medications
- Rugging up

This position requires someone **who can work independently and is 100% confident** in their ability to handle horses, as you will be managing the yard alone each weekend.

The role is 10 hours per week - weekends only - but there will be opportunities to work extra hours when covering holidays etc.

**Our farm is located in a rural area so having your own transport is essential.**

As the role is self-employed, we are happy to pay weekly or monthly on receipt of invoice.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
