Job Title: Powder Coater

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper curing of the powder coating
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Experience in powder coating or related field
- Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools and hand tools
- Familiarity with painting techniques
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience working in a warehouse setting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
