We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Representative to join our reputable travel and transport client located in Gourock.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional customer service within a supportive work environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

**Your rate of pay and hours of work**

This is a full-time position, consisting of 40 hours per week at an hourly rate of £14.64. Overtime will be paid at £22.77 per hour for any additional hours worked.

The shift schedule for this role operates on a 6-week rotation, covering mornings, day shifts, evenings, and weekends.

**Responsibilities within your new role as Customer Representative**

In the role of Customer Representative, you will skillfully utilise various communication channels to effectively address customer inquiries in a single interaction. Your duties will revolve around assisting B2C customers and undertaking a wide array of tasks, including checking availability, handling allocations and reservations, offering reassurance during disruptions, and providing information about routes along the west coast of Scotland.
