M&BG Ltd are looking for a full time Caretaker/Cleaner for a residential apartment building in Bristol.

Working 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday (Start time is flexible from times ranging from 7:30-9:30am with some flexibility).

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out cleaning duties in accordance with BICS standards so that quality work is delivered, fully meeting client expectations.
- Monitor and manage the site appearance, particularly relating to cleaning.
- Report any suspicious or unusual behaviour.
- Report any site problems or faults and monitor resolutions.
- Report any security and health and safety issues, incidents and complaints.
- Display a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Have good personal hygiene.
- Be able to work on their own initiative.
- Be able to work unsupervised and take responsibility.
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Deal with any resident requests promptly and courteously.
- Comply with M&BG Ltd.’s health and safety procedures.

This is an active role and whilst previous cleaning experience is preferred, it is not essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
