**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver unparalleled customer service by surpassing guests' expectations and going the extra mile to meet their needs.
- Cultivate a warm and inviting ambiance, effectively connecting with patrons to elevate their overall experience.
- Contribute to day-to-day operations, including opening and closing protocols, cash handling, and upholding cleanliness standards.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our diverse wine selection, encompassing various varietals, regions, and optimal food pairings.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the team, ensuring flawless service and harmonious coordination between the front of the house and kitchen.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations to guarantee a secure and enjoyable environment for all.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a wine-focused establishment, is advantageous though not obligatory.
- Infatuation with wines and a keen willingness to expand your knowledge of diverse varietals, regions, and ideal food pairings.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication aptitude, enabling you to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive team milieu.
- Proficiency in multitasking, prioritisation, and efficient operation in a fast-paced setting.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
