**Job description**

We are looking for a Junior Video Producer to join our Content team. DriveTribe create content for all of our own YouTube channels and Social media accounts, as well as producing content for various automotive OEMs and brands. As the company continues to grow, we are once again looking for an enthusiastic new member of the team.

As a Junior Video Producer, you will be responsible for creating content to publish on our own social media channels, as well as some of our clients. You will assist crew on productions with an aim of also taking on the second camera role with the help of in-house training. Longer term, you will be trained and encouraged to take on some of the smaller shoots where suitable, with an overall aim of up-skilling you in all areas to enable progression within our content team.

We are looking for someone with the right attitude and drive to develop. An interest in automotive will certainly be beneficial with 95% of our work being in this area While we don’t have any educational requirements, ideally you will have some experience of working within the automotive video space. The reason being, we tend to find it is a very different discipline to other areas and as such, it is not the right space for everyone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage content for our clients and our social media channels
- Repurpose content and pull content together from our Archive of footage
- Assist the team on shoots, from fetching/building kit, wiping down cars, to operating an additional camera
- Film and edit some projects independently
- Work closely with the team, give feedback on items and liaise with clients

**Requirements**:

- An enthusiasm for creating quality content
- A genuine interest in all things automotive
- A great knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms
- A working knowledge of the Adobe Suite, specifically Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects
- A working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve
- A good understanding of Video Cameras and their operation
- A keen work ethic and attention to detail
- Full UK Driving license

This role will be based at our office in Chelwood on the outskirts of Bristol. We're looking for someone who is able to easily commute to the office, which does have ample on site parking. While we carry out shoots all over the UK and abroad, we do require someone based locally. Core hours are assumed as Mon-Fri 9-5:30, however due to the nature of our work, it's not uncommon for occasional evening and weekend work in order to get the job done. There is also often a lot of travel required for shoots.

We are looking for someone extremely ambitious and driven who has willingness to learn and progress in this area. This is an entry level role, and we are committed to giving the right person the development they need to excel in this space and become a critical part of the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
