School Caretaker 6.30am-10.30am

Working hours initially will be 6.30am - 10.30 am and then 2pm - 5pm but in time there may be some flexibility to move to 3 hours in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. Duties will include opening and securing the premises, basic maintenance & painting, litter picking and gritting and reporting any serious maintenance issues with contactors etc.

**Salary**: £20,441.00-£20,812.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Northenden: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- caretaking: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (required)
