**Hiring Pattern Cutter in Axminster**
- Products: Outwear Clothing
- Salary: £12.00 per hour (potential for an increase based on performance)
- Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

**DUTIES FOR THE PATTERN CUTTER ROLE**:

- Acts as a link between the design and manufacturing stages
- Create pattern templates using working drawings
- Work with machinists to make samples
- Cutting cardboard pattern pieces for each part of the garment

**IDEAL PATTERN CUTTER CANDIDATE**:

- Minimum of 3 years of pattern cutting on garments experience is required
- Previous experience in using the following tools: Rotary Cutter, Fabric shears, Snips, Shears, Scissors, Cutting Mat
- Strong communication skills
