Fabrication Coordinator

The Fabrication Coordinator plays a central role in facilitating the operations of an artist’s foundry by providing practical support with the delivery and evolution of works and projects.
The foundry is dedicated to the casting in iron of a single artist’s work. Each casting is unique, made by the nature of lost foam casting and the continual evolution of form.
Working across the entire team, including other Antony Gormley Studio (AGS) sites, the Fabrication Coordinator monitors workflow and communicates timelines to ensure that works and projects are completed efficiently, and deadlines are met, ensuring foundry activities are integrated into the wider project and exhibition schedules. Working with the Foundry Manager and Foundry Coordinator, the role also maintains oversight of day-to-day site activities, ensuring cleanliness and efficient use of space across the foundry. Responsibilities also include oversight of Health and Safety activities.
This role requires an individual who can approach tasks in a pragmatic way, be adaptable to changing scenarios, and is responsive to creative thinking and concerns.

- Monday to Friday
