Main Responsibilities
**Duties**
- Implementation of the TLI Safety Charter and Life Saving Rules
- Demonstrates active listening skills with customers and internal teams
- Specific Point of Contact with the Client’s Quality Representative
- Working with the operations manager assist in the delivery of all work delivery, as-builts & handovers.
- Develop an understanding of the NIE network architectures adherence to standards, processes and procedures for all relevant policies.
- Complete on-site audits in advance of all handovers and during the build works
- Coordinate the tracking and close out of all Client and TLI Group identified deviations
- Develop relationships across the business to ensure that cross learnings are identified and then implemented
- Eliminating repeat deviations at source
- Actively builds and maintains a wide contact network with customers, colleagues & the client.

**Quality Responsibilities**
- Responsible to the Operations Manager for ensuring operational quality is in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure audit / monitoring regime are completed in line with company procedure
- Responsible for monitoring and achieving keys measures in relation to Quality
- Ensure that a full report is made to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis
- Adhere with all ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 accreditation & process requirements
- Knowledge of The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
- Manage, track and resolve build deviations.
- Liaison with the Client on quality matters.

**Operational Responsibilities**
- Implementation and development of the Quality Plan
- Updating periodically or when required the Quality Plan
- Compilation and filing of all Quality Audits and inspections, as-builts
- Ensure audit / monitoring regime are completed in line with company procedure.
- Trending analysis from audits to eliminate quality issues.
- Regular site visits to verify/validate quality performance.
- Liaison with the Client on quality matters - updating of client and TLI Group tracking systems
- Issuing of required remedial works to relevant disciplines and tracking completion of same
- Establish “What Good Looks Like” for current contracts and provide evidence of compliance and customer satisfaction for all disciplines
- Providing Stats to HSQE Dept. for weekly call in inclusive of dashboard analysis
- Distributing relevant documents to site and subcontractors. Control and track all project quality related documentation. Monitoring the information flow between the Project Team and external parties.
- Development of reporting and quality control procedures to assist with refining of processes within each project phase, Civils E & R, Jointing, Poling, As Built, etc. Continue to develop ways to integrate paper-based data into electronic systems.
- In conjunction with the design & operation teams, develop policies, guidelines and standards relating to various aspects of the project. Updating technical procedures.
- Ensure employees and contractors receive Quality Briefs.
- Develop job aids identify minimum requirements for work types and materials on site.
- Identify reoccurring issues/deviations from site works to enable further development of project processes with an overall view to continuous improvement.

**Essential Knowledge**
- Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
- Evidence of several consistent successes within the utilities sector
- Ability to evidence recent relevant senior & people leadership experience
