The Company:
Our client based in Grantham is looking for a Appliance Engineer to work in their electronics recycling plant.

An investor in people, the company are looking for Appliance Engineer to join their growing team. Day to day duties will be that of ensuring an efficient process of fault finding and diagnosis of a range of domestic appliances.
You will be part of a busy working environment, with the aim of delivering high performance with your colleagues and team. The company aim to nurture high performing staff with a positive approach, to be able to provide them with a clear progression in theircareer.
The Role:

- Fault finding and diagnosis of a range of domestic appliances
- Repair of products after being graded
- Harvesting spare parts from donor products
- Determine the product serves its original purpose and works correctly
- Completing all required paperwork
- Proactively helping and supporting other team members
- Knowledge of electrical appliances is required and beneficial
- Good Written and Spoken English
- Strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile to help others around you
- Enjoys hobbies where working with hands is involved e.g. DIY
