- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members

- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to oversee and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

As a site foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our projects. **Salary**: £19.92-£20.57 per hour
