Based in one of our clients beautiful homes, which provides high quality care to residents with diagnosis’ of dementia, and other long term illness’. This client provides person centred care to each of their residents and push to promote independence to all. As a healthcare assistant you will be responsible for ensuring that personal care and hygiene is maintained for all service users, provide support and assistance in mobility and encourage activities to all. You will be working alongside a well established team, who will be happy to welcome you as part of the team.
