**Case Manager**

**Commercial Finance**

KFS Recruitment are very pleased to be working with a bespoke Brokerage, based in Skelmersdale, on their search for a Commercial Case Manager to join the growing team.

You will work alongside the Commercial and Development Finance Specialists. We are looking for someone with experience of commercial and development finance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess proof of ID, Mortgage history, Equifax search, Proof of Income, Affordability, etc.
- Providing support to routine administrative tasks, including data inputting and processing
- Assisting correspondence between the sales team and introducers
- Liaising with lenders and third parties on behalf of the other teams
- Undertaking basic administrative duties across the business

**Skills / experience required**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Financial services background
- Motivated and focused self-starter who has the ability to learn new skills quickly
- Strong organisational, communication skills and detail oriented with commercial awareness
- A flexible approach to work, and the ability to work well as part of a dynamic team
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress
