Would you like to work with one of UK's most luxurious booking agencies who also own and operate their own collection of holiday properties?

We are now looking to recruit a Revenue/Reservations Co-ordinator with great relationship building skills, a commercial understanding, able to track revenue/sales performances.

The Revenue Coordinator will work closely with site teams and the Central Office functions to understand current trends in the market. You'll be working with several external distribution partners whom the Revenue Coordinator will account manage.

The role also includes speaking with guests on the phone, taking reservations and following up on enquiries.

**Who we need**:

- A multi-skilled and driven individual who has good experience in customer/client interactions.
- Someone who can provide great customer service.
- An individual who understands the importance of attention to detail in ensuring that they deliver a 5-star standard of service.
- Someone who is computer literate and ideally has used "SuperControl System"

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the Revenue strategy and risk/opportunity for each site and make necessary changes to reflect demand, seasonal variations, and local influences.
- Regular liaison with site managers regarding guests, and local aspects and working together to drive ancillary revenues.
- Working with 3_rd_ party distribution platforms to increase brand visibility and further sales opportunities whilst ensuring our content is consistently fresh and updated to support booking conversion.

We are looking for someone who has a commercial outlook and enjoys analysing the impact of market trends. Being a strong communicator (both written and verbal), you will be strong at building successful working relationships with colleagues and partners.
