Breaking down carcases into primary and secondary cuts
- Processing meat using knives, cleavers, saws, and other equipment.
- Preparing cuts for weighing, packing and sale or further processing
- Preparing meat-based products and meat derivatives
- Displaying cuts at meat counter and selling cuts to the public
- Listening to customers and answering their questions related to the products provided.
- Preparing orders for customers
- This list is not exhaustive. Employees are required to undertake other duties as deemed necessary by management.
