Role is for purpose of assisting the Housing Team with providing disclosure for legal disrepair cases after cases transferred to newly procured external legal services provider.

The role is funded by the repairs service but will initially sit with housing.

Once training provided then hybrid working is available.

Rate: £18.76 Umbrella

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £18.76 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- legal/disrepair: 1 year (preferred)
- local authority: 1 year (preferred)
