People Solutions are looking for Packers to join the family We are recruiting for a well known company based in the Pershore area who have had an uplift in their requirements.

Day to Day Duties

Working days and shift times:
Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00 (could change to afternoon shift 14:00-22:00)

As a Packer your day to day duties will revolve around:

- Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.
- Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.
- Identify and dispose of defective items.
- Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, nails, padding, et.
- Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse.
- Maintaining a clean work area.

Essential Skills

As a packer you will possess the followings skills:

- Must possess transport to get to the clients site
- Physically fit
- Good communication skills
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Flexible
- Adaptable

Desirable Experience
- good knowledge of the Pershore area
- previous experience in the horticultural industry

What training is provided?

Training will be provided by the client
