**Salary**:£23,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience

**Location**:Preston

**Working hours**:9 -5 with flexibility when required

Our advisers know that they couldn’t do they work they do without the support of our extensive administration and paraplanning teams across the length andbreadth of the UK. With over 100 client support staff, circa 70 paraplanners alongside our HR, IT and Legal and Regulatory professionals, we work as #oneteam to make a positive difference to each and every client who instils their trust in us.
- Qualified to A-Level standard or equivalent essential
- Have previous experience of working in an administration or account management capacity.
- Have experience working within defined service standards, policies and procedures
- Be confident using all programmes within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
- Have a proven track record of delivering excellent client satisfaction

**The role will involve**:

- Providing administrative support to our corporate consultants
- Producing client paperwork on behalf of the Adviser, including quotations and announcement packs
- Processing all new business documentation
- Maintaining, monitor and oversee the smooth running of our corporate accounts
- Reviewing exception reports
- Identifying scheme renewals and ensuring provider information is received prior to renewal date
- Ensuring that premiums have been paid within one month of renewal
- Processing new joiners to pension scheme
