**The People Of: Digital**is seeking a Mid Weight Motion Graphics Designer to join a global high-end leisure & lifestyle brand based in London. You would be working closely with other designers and animators to deliver creative work at thehighest standard.

Your motion deliverables will play a key role in the marketing performance via digital advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms. As an instrumental part of the creative team, you will participate in photoshoots, and develop concepts tohighlight products through video and behind-the-scenes content.

**As a Mid Weight Motion Graphics Designer, you will**:

- Work with the Digital Motion Lead, Creative Team, and wider team to create market-leading content across channels for the website, stores, performance marketing, paid and organic social media, as well as the website
- Create a variety of short videos, including organic and paid social posts, campaign roll outs, promotional videos, customer testimonials, interviews, website content spots, product videos, and store videos
- Provide end-to-end content creation, including storyboarding, editing, animation, and motion design
- Ensure our client delivers visually compelling output by working closely with the Digital Motion Manager to inspire more junior team members
- Achieve specific channel optimization and editing for all film content produced

**As a Mid Weight Motion Graphics Designer, you will have**:

- At least 3 years of experience in motion and film design
- A bachelor's degree in the arts, design, or interactive field, or an equivalent degree
- Premier Pro and After Effects expertise
- Excellent understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
- A background in Cinema 4D
- Experience with Davinci Resolve grading software (preferable)
- Expert knowledge of meta, YouTube, display, affiliates, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and other performance marketing channels
- A passion for popular culture, music, sports, fashion, and current video and animation trends to channel this energy into unforgettable audio-visual experiences based on physical activity, sports, and high-energy lifestyle realities
