**Class 1 HGV Drivers (C + E) - £13.50 per hour - Norwich - Permanent, Full Time**

We are well known in UK transport circles for operating a reliable and accurate distribution service in East Anglia. Our trustedmulti-user service provides dependable next day delivery of consignments with a broad range of goods carried.

**The Opportunity & Benefits**:
Due to business growth we have an excellent opportunity for two HGV 1 C + E Drivers to join our friendly team to work evenings/nights, Monday to Friday nights. No nights out, you will be driving brand new equipment.

**Role Responsibilities - Class 1 HGV Drivers (C + E)**:

- 45 hour week
- You will be trunking from Norwich - Kent - Norwich
- Mon - Friday (either 06:00 - 16:00 or 07:00 - 17:00 start)
- Drive the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law
- Drive within the tachograph law and driver hours limits
- Maintain the cleanliness of the driving cab
- Ensure accidents are kept to a minimum
- Report any accidents as soon as possible and in compliance with the company’s accident reporting procedure
- You must always practice high standards of health and safely and drive in accordance with the law

**Person Specification**:

- You must have a valid Class 1 C + E licence
- An experienced and enthusiastic HGV Class 1 Driver
- Good checkable work history and references
- Full Driver CPC
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
- Experience in safely moving and transporting varied cargo
- Must be presentable, punctual, and reliable
