This is an outstanding opportunity for Teaching Assistants who are suitably qualified and experienced with passion and drive to make a difference for pupils and young people with SEN. We value our team and the Trust is committed to supporting and developing staff through a comprehensive staff training programme, extensive CPD and ongoing career development opportunities. Staff wellbeing is extremely important to us and all staff have access to support from the Schools Advisory Service from which they can access amongst other things:

- Annual health check
- Counselling services
- Physiotherapy and mindfulness
- GP phone and video consultations
- Nurse support

The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the school is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are ‘spent’ unless ‘protected’ under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.

**Starting Salary**: £15,647.22 with the opportunity to work additional INSET days and an optional extra hour per week.

**Location**:The Russett School, Middlehurst Avenue, Weaverham, Northwich, Cheshire CW8 3BW.
