**Responsibilities that will make you an integral part of our team**:
- Be a master coordinator, arranging Streetworks Permits efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.
- Showcase your expertise in Traffic Management Plans, ensuring their availability aligns with our procedures.
- Collaborate closely with local authorities to open and close permits using Streetworks systems. You'll make sure all aspects of the Traffic Management Act (TMA) are met while responding promptly to Highways comments and Performance Monitoring Reports (PMRs). Your keen attention to detail will help manage active permits, preventing any Fixed Penalty Notices and Overrun charges.
- Assist with the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Monitor and identify compliance risks related to street works, specifically focusing on Section 74 and Fixed Penalty Notices.
- Lead the way in Streetworks coordination, providing clear understanding and efficient management of all permits.
- Drive implementation of change aligned with department and business strategies.
- Ensure effective control of processes, resources, and data related to Highways authority, while successfully delivering within time-bound Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Foster strong communication with sub-contractors, ensuring effective updates on all permitting matters.
