Looking for a Sales Coordinator who has experience within a customer service & sales environment, particularly sales of IT services.

The Sales Coordinator will be working for the UK’s leading Telecom and IT Solutions company, who are providers of network, mobile, IT and cloud services.

The Sales Coordinator will be supporting the order journey from purchase to installation to payment. While using your skillset in customer service to uphold the high standard service they provide, both internally and externally.

The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring finance deadlines are met for data entry and upkeep.

Your job responsibilities will be but not limited to:

- Managing the sales order process and ensuring the systems are up to date
- Supporting the Managing Director to forecast sales, revenues, commissions to the business
- Analysing trends, sales orders etc
- Track the progression of orders and ensure they are closed within time scale requirements.
- Producing reports when required.
- Effectively deal with issues and provide the best customer service and appropriate solutions
- Being the point of contact for customers regarding their orders
- Drive projects to closure and installations, engaging help and support when necessary
- Handle billing issues and resolving these issues
- Support field and desk managers and assist sales in achieving all sales targets
- Identify breakdowns or non-conformity to process and implement solutions
- Prepare sales log
- Raising and follow up CRQs and IMPs

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a sales or target driven environment
- Understanding of IT products and solutions
- Customer service experience, particularly complaint handling
- Experience of producing and analysing reports
- Experience working in a busy environment
- Strong IT skills
