Position: Deli Counter Assistant (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Axminster

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide outstanding customer service while serving customers at our hot and cold deli counter, showcasing your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, demonstrating strong teamwork and cooperation.
- Utilize your experience in a similar environment or food production to deliver high-quality products and exceed customer expectations.
- Demonstrate a passion for food and showcase your organizational skills to ensure the deli counter runs seamlessly.
- Adhere to food safety practices and procedures, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Good customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.

- Previous experience in a similar role or food production setting is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is preferred, with the willingness to undergo training if necessary.
- On-the-job training will be provided for day-to-day procedures, with opportunities for further development, including Level 2 food safety, Level 2 Health & Safety, and First Aid training.
