Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading distributor of industrial goods in their search for a **Customer Service Advisor** to work in their Oswestry-based depot.
**For the successful Customer Service Advisor, our client is offering**:
i. £12.00 - £12.50 per hour DOE
ii. 8 - 5 or 8.30 - 5.30, Monday - Friday
iii. Temp to perm
iv. Company quarterly bonus scheme payable after 3 months service
v. 25 days plus bank holiday after 3 months service
**The role - Customer Service Advisor**:
i. Arranging warranty repair work and processing warranty claims
ii. Dealing with Customer enquiries and problem solving
iii. Liaising with other departments
iv. Data entry
v. Perform other duties as required
**What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Advisor**:
i. Previous experience in Technical Customer Service role**:
- ESSENTIAL**
ii. Great customer service skills and telephone manners**:
- ESSENTIAL.**
iii. Strong computer literacy skills in Excel and Word**:
- ESSENTIAL.**
iv. Technical or mechanical trained - **PREFERRED**
v. Good problem solving skills
