**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PWP to join our client on a permanent basis. As a Senior PWP, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care within the prison setting, supporting individuals with mental health needs. Your responsibilities include providing evidence-based psychological interventions, modeling best practice, ensuring clinically compliant services in alignment with national frameworks and values, and managing a team of 7 pre-existing practitioners.

**Requirements**:
Completed academic course aligned with the IAPT Low Intensity National Programme

PWP Accreditation with BABCP

Full Time availability (hours worked between 8am - 4pm, or condensed)

Must be able to come into service

Proven experience delivering evidence-based IAPT low intensity interventions at Step 2

Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical record management systems
