**Northumberland Cricket Board** seek to appoint new Board Directors who can support our ambitions to be the most inclusive sport in the County, being reflective of the diverse communities we serve and put cricket at the heart of every Community. They will share our dedication to providing great experiences, enabling excellent outcomes and increasing the number of people involved in the game at all levels.

While a passion for the game would be beneficial, an appreciation and enthusiasm for the broader positive impact of sport and a willingness to get to know cricket, in particular, will be essential.

**Role Title**: Board Director

**Location**: Remote working with meetings in the office where required.

**Office**: Benwell Hill Cricket Club, West Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 7EU.

**Remuneration**: Voluntary with reasonable expenses covered.

**Term**: 3 years, which can be, upon review, extended to two consecutive terms.

**Time Commitment**: We anticipate a commitment of circa two to three days per month, inclusive of board meetings and preparation. The Board meets monthly.

We are keen to ensure a variety of skills, professional experience and perspectives to capitalise on the benefits of a diverse, representative board, ensuring we are best placed to support our local communities.
